Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a store associate to serve as the primary contact for customers, help maintain plan-o-grams, stock and face shelves, and assist with inventory tasks.

You will unload trucks, build displays, assist shoppers at checkout, keep the store clean, and follow safety procedures to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safety practices and ability to follow plan-o-grams.
• Basic cash handling, mathematical skills, and ability to operate cash register functions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and process merchandise according to company procedures.
• Stock, rotate, and face shelves; restock recovered merchandise.
• Assist customers in locating products and operate cash registers, including handling payments and bagging items.
• Build merchandise displays and set up sidewalk displays as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness by dusting, mopping, and cleaning restrooms and stockrooms.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
