Job summary

Carter's in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for families. You will welcome customers, demonstrate product styles and benefits, and help shoppers prepare for everyday moments with our baby essentials.

In a fast-paced retail environment you will complete POS transactions, stock shelves, communicate promotions, and support omnichannel needs. Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays helps the team grow together.
