Job summary

Carter's is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand in our Frederick store. You will greet customers, explain product styles, and help families choose the right baby and children's wear.

This role emphasizes customer service, multitasking in a busy retail environment, processing sales at the register, restocking, and supporting omnichannel shopping when needed.
