This role offers a competitive base pay plus uncapped monthly commissions, 40 hours guaranteed, and benefits including a 401(k) with company match and paid vacation/time off.

Sales Associates are the face of our business and play a direct role in driving property revenue and resident satisfaction. As the first point of contact, you’ll create impactful first impressions, build genuine relationships, and turn an initial lease into a long-term resident experience.
