Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in the United States is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers choose mattresses using our bedMATCH system and proven selling process.

You will leverage tablets and POS devices, deliver exceptional service, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth and benefits. Join a USA family-owned retailer dedicated to quality sleep and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred with a focus on customer service.
• Availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses using proven selling processes.
• Operate POS and tablets to complete transactions accurately.
• Maintain showroom floors and assist with loading purchases as needed.
• Provide friendly, low-pressure shopping experiences focused on customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 30 years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Associates the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
