Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate in Fayetteville, TN to provide outstanding customer service and help customers find the right products. You’ll learn product features, assist with selections, and actively engage shoppers to drive sales at our in-store location.

Ideal candidates have basic sales knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate the POS system accurately. This role is in-store and part-time.

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide customers with excellent customer service in their purchase of product from one of our locations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Cross sell products
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Make calls to manufacturer for questions and special orders
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times
• Process customer purchases on POS system – be able to process cash, change and credit card purchases
