Job summary

Lumber Liquidators in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a sales-driven team member to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet revenue targets, and maintain an organized showroom.

The role offers a base wage with uncapped monthly commission, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to participate in promotions and events that boost sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Merchandise and maintain an inspiring, organized showroom.
• Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
• Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.
