Overview

The Sales Associate is a frontline team member who helps bring sneaker culture to life in a fun, welcoming way for customers of all ages. This role is all about connecting with kids and families, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive, high-energy store experience that makes everyone feel excited to shop.

Sales Associates act as friendly brand ambassadors, helping customers find the right styles and fits, supporting daily store activities, and keeping the store clean, fresh, and ready for the next visit.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head‑to‑toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must‑have add‑ons.
• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.
• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining the fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer‑ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team‑oriented environment.
• Have a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Jump in where needed to support the team.

Qualifications
