The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to drive showroom sales by engaging customers and guiding them to the right products. The role offers hourly pay with performance incentives, a team-focused environment, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities include helping customers select products, organizing merchandise, processing clerical tasks, and maintaining a positive floor presence. Physical tasks and a flexible schedule are part of the job.

Sales Associate

The salary range for this role is $12.00 to $12.75 per hour*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Aaron’s Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor. You’ll drive sales by engaging directly with customers and assisting them in finding just what they need. At times, you’ll help clean, organize and even move merchandise. All of that can be physically demanding, but we’ll make sure you have the training and tools to do that part of the job safely. Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
