WHBM in Destin, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face in a customer-centered environment. You will build genuine connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service.

Bring passion for fashion, flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays), and a team-oriented mindset to help achieve store goals and maintain brand standards.

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.


• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.


• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.


• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
