Job summary

Ace Hardware seeks outgoing, friendly team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not required as we provide extensive training.

As an independent Ace Hardware store, we offer paid time off, health options, and discounts. You’ll be on your feet most of your shift, helping neighbors finish their projects in a fast-paced but supportive environment. Training begins day one and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware is a plus but training is provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with finding products for their project.
• Help customers check out, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Restock shelves and keep displays tidy to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist neighbors with their projects and deliver friendly, efficient service.
