Job summary

Cole's Ace Hardware is looking for friendly team members to welcome and assist customers and provide hands-on help with projects. Training is provided, no prior hardware experience is required, and the store is independently owned and operated as part of Ace Hardware.

Expect a fast-paced, community-focused environment with an emphasis on going the extra mile. Employees will work directly with customers, stay on their feet for most of the shift, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• No hardware experience required; training provided.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, helping them find everything they need in one trip.
• Work on your feet for 6–8 hours per shift.

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we will provide training.
