Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a friendly first point of contact for customers, helping them locate and purchase merchandise while maintaining store standards. You will operate the cash register, stock and rotate products, keep the store clean, and support profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment in Indiana.

This role requires standing for long periods, bending and lifting up to 40 pounds, and collaborating with team members to meet daily
