Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Part-Time associate for our store in Chula Vista, CA. You will help customers with eyewear selection, assist with fittings, and contribute to a friendly, high‑quality shopping experience.

Compensation includes an hourly rate in the 17.60–24.62 USD range, plus a comprehensive total rewards package. This role emphasizes service excellence, teamwork, and adherence to brand standards within our retail eyewear network.

Pay Range:17.60-24.62

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
