Allied Emergency Services, Roofing, Siding, Windows is seeking top sales producers for a fast-paced restoration market in the Oak Brook, IL area. This 100% commission role offers weekly draws, paid training, and the potential to earn $100k+ annually with bonuses and incentives.

Independent field reps set their own schedules and work with homeowners on storm-related property damage. Guarded by the need for compelling closing skills, applicants should be presentable with strong social abilities,

Qualifications

• Must be extremely presentable in person with strong social skills.
• Must be able to sell and close contracts.
• Past sales in construction or trades is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist homeowners with storm damage restoration and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, write estimates, scope properties, and contract jobs.
• Perform roof and/or building inspections.
• Potential to move into Field Trainer or Sales Management positions.

$100k+ potential - Weekly Draws – Paid Training

Oak Brook, IL and surrounding area

Local, established general contractor is hiring top sales producers in the area due to explosive demand from recent storms that have affected thousands of property owners.

Prior experience a plus, but not necessary. Learn to sell with our training and join a team focused on winning. Potential to make over $10k+ each month, in addition to company trips, weekly contests for cash, i‑pads, etc. Work outdoors – be independent - create your own schedule!

Do you qualify?

• Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
• Must be able to sell and close contracts.
• Must have a truck or SUV, and be able to get on ladder and perform roof inspections.
• Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades experience is highly desired.
• Must have a proven success record in past sales management/leadership background.
• Must be energetic, social and have great people skills.
• Must be a Fire Starter, with a great attitude, that can inspire and motivate others.

Job Duties

• Assist homeowners who have property damage due to storm damage/catastrophic events.
• Work with insurance adjusters, write estimates, scope properties, properly contract jobs.
• Perform roof and/or building inspections.

Potential to move up in the Company to Field Trainer and/or Sales Management positions.

This job is 100% commission; weekly draws are available.

Paid Training is available the first 2 weeks – assisting and working with our current sales reps.
