Job summary

World Market is hiring at its Charlotte location. Join as a Full-Time/Part-Time Associate to help customers find the perfect items and manage checkout, both in-store and online pickup. You’ll maintain displays, pricing, signing, and stock on the sales floor, while supporting freight processing and a safe shopping environment.

We value a can-do attitude, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Retail experience is a plus but not required; minimum age is 16.

Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
