Job summary

Talbots in Blakeney NC-Charlotte is seeking a part-time store associate who loves fashion and delivering exceptional service. You will help customers find outfits, share styling tips, and promote Talbots merchandise while working closely with the management team.

This role requires strong verbal communication, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. You should be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working evenings, weekends,

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote products to build brand relationships.

• Serve multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects simultaneously.
• Stay aware of fashion trends and product knowledge, suggest outfits to match needs.
• Use product knowledge to create outfits and maximize sales and metrics.
• Complete tasks like replenishment and order filling as assigned.
