Job summary

Chico's in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment, delivering hospitality, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

You will initiate authentic conversations with customers, educate them about brand loyalty programs, and assist with merchandising, inventory, and store organization. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
