Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for our Carmel, IN location. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a team-focused, hospitable setting.

Key duties include engaging with customers, assisting with inventory and merchandising, and driving a seamless omnichannel experience. Must be flexible with hours, including nights and weekends, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for certain states; 18+ for all other states.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes and tools.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
