To help you make an informed decision, we’re sharing key information about our pay practices.What You Can Expect:Training Pay: $16 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)Average Annual Earning Potential After Training: $40,000 - $70,000 (inclusive of base and commission)Total Compensation Range: $22,880 - $80,000+ (will not pay less than state/local minimum wage requirements)Post-Training Pay:Base Pay: $13 per hour (varies by store location)Commission: UNCAPPED commissions on written sales1 - 5% in commissions on monthly sales based on sales achievement vs goal – commission % increases as performance to goal increases.Individual pay is based on various factors, including geographic location, personal performance and relevant qualifications, experience, and skills. By providing our salary ranges and total compensation range details, we aim to foster understanding and confidence in our pay practices.
