Chico's FAS, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer‑centered environment. You will share product knowledge and provide personalized service to connect with customers and reflect our hospitality culture.

You will support merchandising, inventory, and store organization while maintaining brand standards and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for select states or 18+ for others.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds on the sales floor.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Team player with ownership and initiative; quick learning of processes.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
