Chico's operates under KnitWell Group and seeks a Sales Associate at Store 1101-Tanger Outlet Center Hilton Head I-Chico's-Bluffton, SC 29910 to warmly greet customers and deliver personalized service in a fast-paced retail setting.

In this role you will build genuine connections, share product knowledge, and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience while adhering to brand standards. Flexible scheduling, teamwork, and strong communication are essential.

Eligibility and Physical Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
