Job summary

KnitWell Group's WHBM store in Bloomington, MN is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a personalized shopping experience that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will help teammates with merchandising, stock, and keeping the store visually inspiring, while learning how to navigate omnichannel tools and loyalty programs to drive guest satisfaction.

Requirements

You’ll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
