Job summary

Chico’s in Birch Run Premium Outlets, MI is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a customer-centered environment.

You’ll engage with guests, handle transactions, assist with merchandising, and maintain a visually inspiring store that reflects brand standards, while supporting team goals and providing flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering personalized customer service.

• Flexible scheduling including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Able to lift/move items up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
