Keith Ace Hardware is seeking a Full Time Sales Associate to join our team. Our team focuses on service and creating a welcoming environment for customers. The role emphasizes helping guests, building relationships, and maintaining an organized store with strong product knowledge across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Keith Ace Hardware.
• Greeting guests and offering assistance.
• Communicate on radio headsets to match customer needs with a knowledgeable Sales Associate.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor for customers and associates.
• Develop product knowledge across multiple departments and know store layout.
• Assist customers with personalized service throughout the store.
• Assist with receiving, checking in, and stocking of merchandise.
• Maintain inventory levels and daily store cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will need to be Customer Service driven and comfortable helping others. Experience in Retail or Home Improvement is a plus, but not required.

• Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness of the store
• Other duties as assigned
