Job summary

Back Forty Ace Hardware in your neighborhood is hiring a Sales Associate to help customers, answer questions, and steer them to the right products for their projects. You'll work directly with shoppers, provide friendly service, and aim to leave every customer with a positive experience.

No prior hardware experience is required; we offer training. You’ll join a small, community-focused team in a fast-paced store, with opportunities to learn about hardware, grow your retail skills, and enjoy

We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and helpful Sales Associate to join the team at Back Forty Ace Hardware. As a Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers to provide helpful service, answer questions, and assist them in finding the products they need for their projects.

Previous hardware or retail experience is a plus, but not required. We believe a helpful attitude and willingness to learn are just as important, and we provide training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
