Job summary

Ace Hardware is a local hardware store dedicated to serving the community. We’re seeking outgoing, friendly team members to welcome and assist customers, with extensive training provided regardless of prior hardware experience.

Join a fast-paced, supportive environment that values helping neighbors with their projects. You’ll be on your feet for most shifts, lifting up to 30 lbs, and enjoy flexible scheduling and employee discounts as part of our team.

Qualifications

• Training is provided; prior hardware experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be friendly and able to assist customers effectively.
• Ability to lift 25–30 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find items for their projects.

• Stand for 6–8 hours and lift 25–30 lbs.

What to expect:

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must lift 25 to 30 lbs.
