Pinch A Penny (PORT CITY POOLS INC) is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to assist customers and ensure an excellent shopping experience in our store. You will handle the register, stock shelves, and maintain the store’s appearance while developing solid product knowledge.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, effective communication skills, and a willingness to work in a team. This role involves assisting customers, operating the POS system, and participating in promotions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear reading, counting, writing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
• Team player with flexibility to work varying shifts.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and quickly.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with shopping.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Operate a register to ring up sales and carry out transactions.
• Process payments by cash and credit card.
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers.
