Sales Associate is a frontline team member who helps bring sneaker culture to life in a fun, welcoming way for customers of all ages. This role is all about connecting with kids and families, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive, high‑energy store experience that makes everyone feel excited to shop.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and mandatory add‑ons.
• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.

Store Ops & Execution

• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining the fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and products.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Teamwork & Culture

• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching, learning, growing, and leveling up.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team‑oriented environment.
