About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Assistant and play a key role in driving new business growth. In this role, you will conduct discovery and sales calls with prospective clients, present our services effectively, and ensure the sales process runs smoothly from the first conversation to a signed agreement.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and recruitment teams to align strategies, share market insights, and provide an exceptional client experience. This is a results-driven role that requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to turn prospects into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experienced in outbound prospecting through email and LinkedIn to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Skilled at researching potential clients and mapping decision-makers to optimize outreach.
  • Strong organizational abilities with experience scheduling meetings and managing agendas for sales representatives.
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate lead and pipeline data in CRM systems.
  • Provides support to sales teams by preparing presentations, materials, and follow-up communications to ensure smooth sales cycles.
  • Acting as the first point of contact with prospects, maintaining a professional and positive representation of the company.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track outreach performance, identify trends, and share actionable insights for process improvement.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Motivated to build a career in sales and develop consultative selling skills.
  • Proactive, persistent, and comfortable with outbound outreach.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with basic knowledge of CRM or sales tools (preferred but not required).
  • Fluent in English
