Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to our guests questions via text, email, or phone.
• Provide guests with initial product information and help direct them to appropriate dealership resources.
• Help guests better utilize website tools to identify what finance options may be best for their needs.
• Work together with sales staff to stay in contact with our guests before, during, and after purchase process.
• Participate in team and process development sessions as weworkto better our guest experience and serve them where they are in the purchase process.
• Utilize dealership tools to track opportunities, view the status of the purchase process, and to communicate with our guests in the manor they want to be communicated with.
