Job summary

Carlton Senior Living is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Pleasant Hill, CA. You will work with the Executive Director and Sales Director to drive occupancy and revenue while managing leads from calls, emails, and events.

Tours will convey our community philosophy and service benefits, and you will cultivate lasting relationships with residents and families. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday with starting pay range of $20 to $23 per hour, and a benefits-rich environment that

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old per Title 22 requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Sales Director to support and exceed community occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage and maintain a database of prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads through multiple channels, including calls, emails, and events.
• Conduct informative and engaging tours for prospective residents, clearly communicating the community’s philosophy and service benefits.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and referral opportunities.
• Handle sales-related administrative tasks such as managing collateral inventory, entering customer data, and resolving delivery or service issues efficiently.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
