We’re looking for confident, motivated people to join the team as Sales Assistants, working directly with customers through live events and promotional campaigns.

This is a hands‑on, face‑to‑face sales role. You’ll represent brands in person, start conversations with potential customers, understand their needs, communicate campaign offers clearly, and help turn positive interactions into results.

You don't need years of sales experience to be considered. What we're looking for is someone with the right approach: professional, comfortable speaking with new people, willing to learn, and motivated to perform.

If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, events, or another people‑focused environment, many of those skills can transfer well into this role.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be involved directly in the day‑to‑day delivery of event‑based sales campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers face‑to‑face at events and promotional locations
• Starting conversations and building rapport with different types of people
• Introducing brands, campaigns, and offers clearly and confidently
• Answering customer questions and providing a positive experience
• Supporting customer sign‑ups and sales activity
• Working alongside the wider team toward campaign goals
