SavATree is seeking a Sales Arborist to act as the trusted advisor to property owners, helping maintain healthy trees and landscapes. You will build long-term client relationships and grow your assigned territory.

The role involves diagnosing landscapes, providing expert recommendations, and preparing service estimates, while coordinating with crews to ensure client satisfaction and project execution. The position emphasizes outdoor work and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences, or Landscape Management preferred but not required.
• Green industry experience helps, but drive and a passion for learning are more important.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your assigned territory by building long-term relationships with clients and prospects.

• Compensation: Minimum guarantee plus unlimited commission potential, with most Sales Arborists earning more than $130,000 annually. Total compensation typically ranges from $50,000 to $250,000+ based on territory performance.
