Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for its Firestone Complete Auto Care stores in Wisconsin. The role blends customer service with basic vehicle service tasks and store operations, offering a pipeline for career growth within Bridgestone Retail Operations.

You will assess customer needs, recommend products and services, and complete services with a focus on customer satisfaction. The position is hourly and includes benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or acceptable.

This role is primarily responsible for serving the customer through assessing needs, recommending appropriate products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services.Successful individuals in this role will learn all aspects of store operations and effectively flex between interacting/ serving the customer and efficiently completing basic vehicle service tasks as required.Pay Range: $15.20 - $22.71___Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices.
