Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service in person and by phone, while building trust and driving product recommendations. You will coordinate appointments, support store operations, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented environment across 2,200+ locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes.
• Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent technical/educational training.
• Previous retail sales experience and automotive experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and develop towards Manager-on-Duty.

Pay Range: $20.87 - $32.61 Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices. All employees receive pay that meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage requirements.
