As a Sales and Service Technician, you will be an integral part of the team. Your duties will include the repair of residential garage doors and openers as well as the sales and installation of garage doors and openers. You will interact with customers daily providing them with excellent customer service.

• Receive and work leads provided by the company and schedule appointments.
• Solve customers’ problems, addressing their needs and wants with exclusive products, training, and warranties.
• Repair customers’ garage doors and openers on-site, ensuring quality service.
