Hertz Local Edition is seeking a Sales and Service Specialist to facilitate the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience for Lyft and/or Uber drivers. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, vehicle preparation, and effective communication of Hertz programs.

This position operates in a fast-paced setting with opportunities to maximize revenue and provide a high level of service, including handling reservations and post-rental inquiries.

The Sales and Service Specialist, TNC is an essential member of the Hertz Local Edition team. As a brand ambassador, the Mobility Specialist will be facilitating the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience to Lyft and/or Uber drivers

What You'll Get

• Hourly Rate / Wage is $18.50
• Bonus: Eligible, Up to $2400 annually
• Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)
• Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
• Sick Pay: Granted Up to 40 hours
• Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)
