Position

This is a full‑time role (~40 hours per week) based in our Frederick, MD (Westview Corner) financial center at 5715 Eastern Avenue. You must be available for scheduling around branch hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other resources to foster relationship‑building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between performing sales and teller transactions.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).

Experience: 1 or more years of customer service or sales experience (Required). 6‑12 months cash handling experience (Preferred).

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $18.56 - $29.38, with specific compensation determined based on candidate knowledge, skills, experience, and any relevant licenses or credentials. This role is also eligible for a short‑term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.

Additional Compensation Components: the owner may supplement the base hourly rate with a short‑term incentive plan and other bonuses.
