Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Sales and Service Leader at the Novi store to drive client engagement and sales through coaching and high standards of service. You will lead by example, mentor the team, and ensure exceptional experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, and daily operations support in a fast-paced retail environment; the role emphasizes inclusivity and brand initiatives while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours
• Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience
