Job summary

Sephora in Culver City, CA is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to drive store performance through coaching, client service, and product expertise. You’ll lead by example, inspire the team, and exceed sales goals while fostering an inclusive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
