Major Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, including many Fortune 500.
• Manage our large inventory of world‑class vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced workspace.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

Schedule

Must be prepared to work weekend days and holidays as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer‑facing role preferred.
• Results oriented, attention to detail, and good time management skills.
• A valid driver’s license required, with willingness to drive Penske vehicles including a 26’ box truck.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Position regulated by DOT; requires maintenance of a current driver qualification file (annual MVR check, DOT Physical, Safety Performance History; CDL holders must pass DOT drug screening within 30 days of start).
• Willingness to travel within the district, attend required schedule, and complete application, background investigation, and drug screening.

Physical Requirements

• Read, communicate verbally and/or in written form, remember and analyze certain information.
• Likely to stand, walk, sit; use hands to touch, handle, feel; reach with hands and arms; lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg).
• Vision: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Pay

$26.80/hr or $55,744/yr, reviewed every 4–6 months.
