Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through various departments (Sales, Business Administration, Operations, Leadership) to develop a well‑rounded understanding of business processes.
• Learn about sales strategies, client relationship management, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
• Gain hands‑on experience in business operations, including finance, HR and process optimisation.
• Work closely with senior leaders and mentors to understand team management and leadership principles.
• Upon completion of the program, take responsibility for managing your own business unit, overseeing its performance and implementing growth strategies.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects to drive business initiatives and gain insight into broader company objectives.
