Job summary

Magna Electronics in Michigan is seeking a Sales Analyst to drive accurate forecasts and insightful sales reporting. You will work closely with the Sales team to maintain data quality in the GSD and related tools, delivering timely market updates and performance indicators.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive data analysis, proficiency with Excel and Power BI, and a Bachelor's in Business or Data Analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analysis or related field.
• 3+ years in automotive industry.
• Proficient in sales data analysis and reporting tools; strong Excel and Power BI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts.
• Support responsible Sales Team to enhance reporting and data processing.
• Provide sales key indicators and analysis for reports/meetings (Monthly Report, GSD Freeze Review, etc.).
• Attend regular sales meetings to support preparation and derive actions.
• Ensure consistency between GSD, MPM, Ironclad and other tools.
• MPM process support: registrations, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, approval follow-up, etc.
