Job summary

ARCH US MI Services, Inc. in Greensboro, NC, seeks a Sales Analyst to build reports and dashboards using Market data, Cognos BI, SQL, and Salesforce, and to provide trend analysis and market intelligence for sales stakeholders.

The role collaborates with the Analytics team to coordinate new reports, supports customized reporting, and trains on Salesforce tools, ensuring data accuracy across front-end processes. The position offers a hybrid work model with 2 days in office and 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 2 years of experience in analytics or related field.
• 1 year of experience with data mapping/validation using SQL, MS Excel, and Microsoft Access.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting using SAS, Power BI and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Create reports and dashboards for sales stakeholders using Market data, Cognos BI, SQL tables and Salesforce.
• Provide research, trend analysis, territory analysis, market intelligence, dashboard creation, and training.

ARCH US MI Services, Inc., seeks Sales Analyst in Greensboro, NC.

Job Duties

Create reports and dashboards for sales stakeholders using Market data, Cognos BI, SQL tables and Salesforce. Provide research, trend analysis, territory analysis, market intelligence, territory analysis, dashboard creation, market share tracking and training. Work with Analytics team to coordinate new report creations. Support Sales in creating customized reports and scheduled reporting through the Cognos BI portal and Salesforce. Create and maintain Lender and CU reporting and analysis using BI tools and market data. Research issues with compensation and crediting using the BI reports and Salesforce system. Work with Sales Account Managers on any front-end customer questions with a focus on improving business processes within Salesforce and other system of records. Be part of the training and guiding initiatives on Salesforce Maps and other Salesforce related tools. Code, review and quality control (QC) on all Salesforce front/backend processes.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Data Analytics or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered, as Analyst or related position.

Must have:

• 1 year of experience with data mapping and validation using SQL, MS Excel, and Microsoft Access.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting using SAS, Power BI and SQL.

Hybrid work model position working 2 days in office and 3 days remote from within normal commuting distance of the office location.
