Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Sales Ambassador to engage customers, sample products, and drive sales in a fast-paced store environment. You will prepare and present food samples, manage event activities, and maintain food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery product.
• Achieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new products.
• Coordinating all event activities, including: Event setup and takedown; Communicating upcoming events in department manager meetings; Managing sample supply and sample product inventory; Preparing event recaps via SharePoint.
• Maintaining program specific equipment.
• Adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
• Completing assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base.

Overview of Responsibilities

Pay range

The pay range for this position is $17.30 - $24.20 / hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant.
