Sprouts Farmers Market in Conyers, GA is seeking a Sales Ambassador to help customers discover new products, provide exceptional service, and support sales through sampling and product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage customers, assist with food samples, and help run in-store events while upholding food safety and training requirements. Strong communication and a customer-first attitude are essential. This role offers flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy and passion for Sprouts products.
• Thrives on customer engagement and can suggestively sell products.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and follow cooking directions.
• Ability to stand at the tasting station for up to 8 hours.
• Experience with customer service, sales, marketing, or event planning.
• Effective communication and rapport-building with store team members and support office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities
