Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking a Sales Agent Trainee to start a career in sales, meeting with individuals and teams in person to present workplace supplemental insurance benefits and protect families. You will build your own pipeline and learn to close deals under guidance from mentors.

The program includes comprehensive training, uncapped commission with a weekly draw and bonus structure, plus a clear, personalized career path from day one; licensing for Health and Life Insurance is required

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication skills and a coachable mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Reliable transportation and professional presence.
• Licensing: Health and Life Insurance license required before starting; onboarding will guide you through the licensing process and reimburse related fees.
