Auto Club Of Southern Calif is seeking a Sales Agent to drive member acquisition and service, with a transparent pay model and comprehensive benefits. The role starts at an hourly rate of $28.85 and offers uncapped commission based on robust sales performance.

Successful candidates will source, qualify leads, network, and close sales while delivering excellent customer service and retaining members. Training is provided to ensure you meet monthly goals and advance within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Computer experience and good organization skills.
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Background check, credit check and drug screen may be required.
