Auto Club Enterprises in California is seeking a Sales Agent to source, develop leads, network and convert opportunities into loyal customers. You will be rewarded with an hourly base, paid training, and ample room to grow within a large, nationwide organization.

During training you earn $28.85 per hour; after meeting sales goals, average annual earnings range from $99,600 to $121,700. Commission opportunities are uncapped when you exceed goals, with strong benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Have computer experience and good organization skill.
